Mr. Rehan Sheikh
We are proud to introduce Mr. Rehan Sheikh, our esteemed Director at Ascent Excellence Security Services, a private limited company specializing in comprehensive security services.
Mr. Rehan Sheikh is a former Senior Inspector/Pl with 21 years of distinguished service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) under the Ministry of Home Affairs. His academic background includes schooling at Convent/Public Schools and a B.Sc. from Pune University, where he received a sports scholarship from Class VII through graduation. He has also been recognized as a School Captain, Sports Captain, and the “Best All-Rounder” student in 1996.
Mr. Sheikh’s extensive career encompasses pivotal roles in Industrial Security Management, Operation Management, General Aviation Security, General Administration, Corporate and Industrial Security Management, Liaison/Coordination, and Facilities Management.
He is a Certified Aviation Screener and Aviation Security Proficient, with additional certifications in Crime, Intelligence, Industrial Security, Arms, Law and Order, Soft Skills, Behavior Detection, Profiling, and Yoga. He has been rewarded/awarded several times for his extraordinary efforts/works in the field of security operational duties and administrative works.
His profound knowledge and expertise in security and its management equip him to handle any crisis related to Security, Law and Order, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service and protection.
Mr. Vasantrao Thete
Mr. Vasantrao Thete brings extensive experience from the healthcare industry, having served as a Director at VVV Consultancy Services LLP for the past five years. He has now expanded his professional journey as a Director at Ascent Excellence Security Services Pvt. Ltd. In addition to his career achievements, Mr. Thete is deeply committed to making a positive impact on society through various social initiatives and community engagement. He is a Charter Member of the Lions Club of Naroda Centennial and served as its President from 2020 to 2023.
Mr. Vasantrao Thete is deeply dedicated to spreading joy to those in need and promoting health awareness within society through his work with Lions Clubs International. Under his Presidentship, the club has adopted 20 childhood cancer patients at Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad. Additionally, he has organized numerous multispecialty and diabetes screening camps in both rural and urban areas across Gujarat, leading to the successful screening of over 50,000 individuals.
Under his leadership at the Lions Club of Naroda Centennial, more than 200 cataract eye surgeries were successfully conducted at no cost to the patients. He has also spearheaded numerous blood donation camps and led Covid-19 awareness sessions at various locations throughout Ahmedabad
In addition, Mr. Vasantrao Thete is actively working to brighten the future of underprivileged children by providing free education at Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Naroda. Every Sunday, nearly 70 students benefit from this initiative, known as “Mohalla Education,” under the auspices of the Lions Club of Naroda Centennial.
The list of Mr. Thete’s social contributions is extensive, as he plays a key role in numerous initiatives as a leading member of the Lions Club of Naroda Centennial. During his tenure, the club successfully launched the “Tree Plantation Movement,” planting over 90,000 trees. Mr. Thete seizes every opportunity to serve and uplift society, whether it’s distributing clothes at old age homes, raising awareness about electricity and fuel conservation, promoting eco-friendly practices through the “Go Green – Go Eco Friendly – Stop Plastic Use” campaign, or organizing free diabetes camps every Thursday at Shri Hanuman Mandir Trust, Naroda. His unwavering commitment to these social causes is truly commendable.
